Been on and off the phone for 3 weeks now give them every information I have and every time I call them back they cancel my issue and make me do it all over again and they change the story every time. All I want is the money that is on my gift card and I provided the information they need it but yet they still find something else as an excuse. I'm also being told there's nobody higher than them which I know that there is a higher person and maybe twice I've gotten the truth so now here I sit waiting for a call back which I know I won't get I need to figure out who to contact about this company and how to get my refund back from my lost card
