- - It is claimed illegal transactions were allowed to go through and the staff sided with criminals.
They don't care. They let people steal your money and are VERY mean when you are robbed or experiencing a trauma.
It was all we had they blatantly stole all our money and left us sleeping in the car with kids. While smiling and telling the card rep they would not give a us a room and will not cancel the transaction.
We tried to stop payment. They refused.
They WILL let ILLEGAL transactions go through and will NOT let you stop them and will side with the criminals.

On 6/3-2026 I bought two green dot...

On 6/3-2026 I bought two green dot moneypak cards from Wallgreens. They have never been used.
One is for 300 and the other one is for 260. When I went to scratch off the numbers, the numbers disenerated and were not readable. I reached out and you wanted me to send you a photo of the cards & the Walgreens reciept. I did that and someone for your company called me on the phone (I think her name was Michelle.
She wanted an aditional more detailed photo of a reciept from walgreens, which I also sent. I have heard nothing back from anyone. I have called and Green dot wants a 14 digit card number> I have never been able to figure out where this number on the card even is. So, can someone email me or call me to get this matter setteled.
My only income is SSI and I cannot afford $560.00.

Stole my money 1950$
I receive Social Security and SSI first my account was hacked around the 28th. They put my money back on my car but the very next day they took all my money off my car.
I think it was around 1600. It could be 17 then the very next day I had a check deposited into my account from SSI, which was around two maybe three and they took the whole amount of my card which was 1950. Ive been to the police station.
I have evidence and Im gonna send it all to you. Give me my money back.

Second Withdrawal $101.50 Time 12:46:34pm pacific time total amount was $400.00 I *** was shopping at *** Sale on June 13th 2026 around 1:50pm in *** when I saw a email from rapid stating that there was $301.50 withdrawn at 12:45pm and another withdrawal of $101.50 at 12:46pm. At first I was confused because I do withdrawal money like that out of know where but what caught my attention was the location of the money it was being taken out.
Which was ***. I dont live in *** so I knew some had gotten my Rapid Card information to withdrawal $400.00. I immediately call the customer service number because I was upset this could happen to me. I had this card with Rapid for a year or two and I never had a problem like this.
I really like this company because they dont beat around the *** like other cardholder do. So I was so mad that I went to the location where the money was taken out from the ATM at CVS in *** and I ask the employee if she could help me get video or a picture of the person who used the ATM around 12:45pm to 12:46pm on June 13th because I didnt want to lose my claim and time are hard right now. I worked hard for my money for someone like a SKIMMER to just come and take it. The CVS employee gave me the picture of the person who use the ATM and took my money.
The CVS employee also told me that this lady who took my money was at the ATM for 8 minutes after she was done taking my money. I have a picture of her, I also made a police report online to the Huntington police department. They didnt give me a reference number but once I do get that information I will send it to the email that was given to me by the call representative. I will send the picture of the women who took my money and I hope I'm able to move on from this.
It's a real nightmare and I hope they catch this thieve. Thank you for your time and I hope this gets resolved as soon as possible. I've been trying to email his letter to *** and I keep on getting an error message.

Avoid using Green Dot issued Walmart Money Cards. Green Dot Bank will take great measures to keep customers from contacting them concerning any conflicting issues.

Unable to use my card. I have 475.00 on it.

Took 125.95 $$$ from me
I got a greendot prepaid card and never got to activate it. When I finally got around to doing so, it was in someone else's name.
The funds are still there, but they have deactivated the card with no refund.
Now I'm out $125.95. I think they could have at least given me something, so I just took a heck of a loss.
