The same thing happened to me on April 25, 2021. Someone, not only stole $677.00 out of my account (that was in the vault), they also changed my address, phone number, e-mail, etc......Of course when I contacted the Fraud Department to dispute the transaction, I WAS TOLD I WAS NOT THE PERSON I SAID I WAS ? Trying to simply explain this to the Dispute Department took at least 2 weeks. Unfortunately, I do not have an answer for you other than being persistent, try to get a supervisor on the phone, hopefully, they will speak english.   • in the first menu press 5;
  • the automated phone system should ask you to enter your card number or SSN number;

I went through this today, they explained that it cannot be a copy, it must be a picture, front and back and it must be on black or blue background, also, it must show all four corners. If that doesn't work, you can try a notarized "Affidavit Of Identity"
