I have experienced the worst customer service I have ever experienced, and I worked customer service for 7 years at U S Foods. From lack of information provided, phone calls never returned.

I have been hung up on 4 time, twice by supervisors. When you call to complain about customer service, they hang up or transfer you to a deadend number. I've can't believe how unprofessional this experience has been. I've had a claim in but was delayed putting it in for over two weeks because didn't tell me my account was hacked and my money stolen.

Then my claim was closed because of lack of information provided by customer service. This whole experience has been a nightmare! Noone at your company cares. I will be posting my experience on every social media outlet available to me, as well as doing 1 star reviews for Green Dot and Walmat at every available opportunity.

I'm not working and have absolutely nothing better to do except post my experience with you everywhere. Thank you for absolutely nothing, have a beautiful day.

Got it thanks a lot haven't received my card yet but needed the funds and they sent me the barcode to get funds out. Took just a phone call to get it done and in a matter of minutes had it sent to my email and text. They lady from customer service was great

I called to resolve a 401 dollar card that I bought and it disappeared and the last time I called they refused to escalate it and hung up on me. I will never use anything they have for sale ever again! $401 is a lot of money to lise!

Not one of them spoke English and they were completely unprofessional. Not only did I not get my money back they were laughing at me, no joke. Two months and fifteen calls later I still wasn't refunded.

Someone that has an account with you stole money from me and i filed a fraud complaint with your bank. I keep getting the run around with your bank. I requested the bank to send stolen money back to my job after they faxed a letter on agency letter head. It has not happened. The bank stated it bmay take 30-45 days .
