New ReviewerI was wrongly blocked out of my accout by your customer service reps for my go2bank account. I was contacting support regarding a second amazon charge i did not make and they told me the were going to lock my card and send me a new one but i had to beg them not to since i received my money from work on that card and was expecting a direct deposit tomorrow and needed to send my daughter money using my card through cash app.
I wanted to lock my card myself and then call back tomorrow when i could send my daughter the money. Your representative told me i did not have a choice and they were locking my card after having to get loud saying no i hung up and found out they placed a block to where i cannot even get my deposit i was expecting just to be spitful and hurt me.
I cant believe i was treated in this manner and am beyond disappointed. This has made me never want to deal with your company again since you allow your reps to treat there customers in this manner i will find another bank and use them from here on out.
Monetary Loss: $26.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
