I was not not notified of my account being signed into by someone else, never knew my account was blocked until i tried making a purchase. Then i called greendot, I've sent verification same night, waited 2 days and never got replied, account still blocked, so i called back waited on hold for 22 minutes and got hung up on , called back waited another 25 minutes and got hung up on again, next day called...
talked to woman, she said i didn't have to do anything, she would have my case reopened and reviewed again, and now my case is closed again and my account is closed I've sent my ID verification 4 or 5 times already. I've got over 600 dollars in my account that was strictly bill money. I have 4 children that need lights water a home and transportation.
Closing my account has put me in a major bind. If someone doesn't open my account back up and give me my money then i have no other choice but to have my lawyer contact you on this matter.

Your go to bank representative canceled my card and I didn't want that I didn't want my car to cancel. He assured me I would have a virtual card I could that no one can help meuse while I waited for the card to arrive in the mail.
He told me I would have access to my virtual card in 30 minutes. Now they're telling me I don't have a virtual card. My paycheck is getting deposited into this account today. I have a $4,000 tax refund check getting deposited it sometime soon.
Now I can't access my funds. And there is nothing no one in this whole corporation can do about it it seems.
So who is going to feed my family for me while I wait for 7 to 10 days. Hard to believe in a corporation this size

I got one of my security questions wrong and doing so it was blocked now I have verified my ID numerous times with multiple pics for over 3 weeks now I verified everything else you guys could verify and still my card has not been unblocked I try to get a hold of you and still I get nowhere I either get hung up on or I run into a dead end or I just simply get back customer service I am in desperate need to get my card unblocked and will do whatever it takes to get it unblocked I can verify anything you guys need I am going to lose my home I've already lost my storage and my kids are suffering from this financial burden it has put upon me and my family I don't know what else to do please contact me at please help me I am begging you

I got my own resolved and I was able to access my funds send a mail greendothelpcentre@ aol. com for a fast response and solution.
